"Hello, I recently returned to Bulgaria for good!
I'm going back to Bulgaria for good!"
We often see such sentences and questions on the groups. I personally wish good luck to all who make such plans. But I want to share something. In life, the only definitive thing is when you step with both feet over the threshold of the door at St. Peter's.
We are contacted every week by clients who have supposedly left for good and are now trying to get their paperwork sorted out to come back to the UK, or want to get their children's paperwork done.
Whatever plans you make, always leave yourself a loophole so that if things don't go as you plan, you can come here again. It is useful to know that when you leave Bulgaria you should not involve financial and other institutions. Also, the best thing to make sure you are always welcome here in the UK is to get a British passport. Then you won't have to worry about work and life rights and if you have children born in our homeland, they will also automatically be entitled to a British passport.
