Application for Settled and Pre-settled Status and applying after refusal

After Brexit, anyone wanting to settle and work in the UK must have status.
Europeans who have lived in the UK for at least 5 years will get rights to work, education, access to benefits and services. The application process for this status is online and on paper.
Those who have less than 5 years’ residence in the UK, regardless of length of stay, will be granted pre-settled status and will have the same rights.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY EARNED STATUS OR CITIZENSHIP, you can apply for a relative family member to join.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN REFUSED for one reason or another, we can help you apply for an Administrative Review and provide new facts and data and/or documents to support your application. See this service of ours – Administrative Review of Denied Status.
We will advise you, complete the application form for you, attach the documents and register you as an applicant – you and/or your relative. We will now also need to write a letter of explanation as to why you did not apply on time within the statutory time limit.
